Depending on how you use the site, this can include your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, appointment selections and information required to match a returning client with their Square customer record.
Bookings and returning clients
Booking and customer information is processed through Square. The “Book again” feature uses surname and mobile details plus SMS verification before rebuilding a previous service selection. The website does not display your full appointment history.
Payments
Card entry is provided by Square. Miss Pia Hair receives a payment token and transaction result, not your full card number or card security code.
Contact messages
Website enquiries are delivered using Resend and may include the contact details and message you submit.
Analytics and third parties
The site uses website analytics and may load third-party services such as Square, Google Analytics and social/Instagram widgets. Those providers may process technical information according to their own privacy terms.
Security and retention
Reasonable technical controls are used to protect information, including HTTPS, security headers, server-side credential storage and limited verification sessions.
